Returns

• We accept returns of unopened and unused tea products within 30 days of the purchase date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used tea products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
